On October 12, 2025, Shenzhen Polytechnic University successfully hosted the Academic Conference on the International Mutual Recognition of TVET Learning Outcomes Scheme. More than 60 participants, including officials from ministries of education, experts, scholars, university leaders, and representatives from well-known enterprises in countries and regions such as Laos, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Ghana, and Zimbabwe, engaged in in-depth discussions on the theme "Building an Open, Inclusive, and Collaborative Framework for the International Mutual Recognition of TVET Learning Outcomes".
The International Mutual Recognition of TVET Learning Outcomes Scheme was initiated by Shenzhen Polytechnic University in cooperation with the Shenzhen Accord Alliance of High-Level Vocational Institutions in China. It is the world's first systematic framework for international mutual recognition of vocational education learning outcomes.
