Focus and Scope

Remodeling is one of the most fundamental concepts, in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases, vascular remodeling and ventricular remodeling have played extremely important roles. The purpose of Cardiovascular Remodeling (CR) is to increase doctors and scientists' understanding of cardiovascular remodeling and cultivate their interest and expertise in the fields of diagnosis and treatment, nursing, research, education, and public policy. CR will bring together basic research and clinical research, reviews, and case reports on cardiovascular remodeling. This field is developing rapidly, and CR can help provide a platform for academic exchanges.

CR publishes articles mainly on but not limited to below topics:

     Hypertension

     Heart structure, function, and developmental abnormalities

     Myocardial injury, repair, remodeling, and regeneration

     Abnormal cardiac electrical activity and arrhythmia

     Coronary heart disease

     Cor pulmonale

     Myocarditis and cardiomyopathy

     Heart valve disease and newly reported diseases

     Heart failure

     Heart/vascular transplantation and assisted circulation

     Angiogenesis and abnormal blood vessel structure and function

     Vascular damage, repair, remodeling and regeneration

     Abnormal blood pressure regulation and hypertension

     Atherosclerosis and arteriosclerosis

     Aortic disease

     Peripheral vascular disease
